This 6-week course combines yoga with resistance band exercises to support mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation—all from the comfort of a chair or the mat! No pressure -- a fully accessible class.

Whether you're living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).

Yoga in chair or on mat: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance.

Resistance Bands: Build strength and stability with low-impact movements that meet you where you are.

What to Expect:
