I am an Operational Clarity Coach (OCC) and Systemic Lead, blending 30 years of multinational product management with the grounded wisdom of a 500-hr Yoga Teacher and ICF Coach.
My mission is to help you "unstick" your systems. Whether it’s streamlining your business operations or building personal resilience, I use a unique blend of PMP strategy and somatic clarity to help you lead with purpose. I’m a native Irish speaker, and that sense of connection and heritage—ceangal agus dúchas—informs every team I build and every leader I coach.

What is an Operational Clarity & Wellbeing Coach?
As an Operational Clarity & Wellbeing Coach I work with you or your team as the leader of your group or business to understand how things get done. You started with passion and purpose, but now the clutter, decisions, and moving parts are piling up, and it’s hard to know what to streamline, automate, or even stop doing.
My role is to take the operational weight off your shoulders: simplifying processes, improving how your systems run, and giving you back the time and headspace to focus on the work that actually matters to you. This will feed into your wellbeing needs which changes as your systems are refined and work for you as best as they can.
What does an Operational Clarity & Wellbeing Coach do?
As a coach and trainer I can convert your vision into a sequence of decisions, processes, and behaviours that work for you. The work spans three core areas:
• Project flow and decision clarity — identifying the true critical path, removing noise, and helping you navigate the inevitable moments when plans shift.
• Operational excellence — mapping how work is really done, quantifying hidden costs, and redesigning processes so they’re faster, cleaner, and easier to hand over.
• Human energy and collaboration — supporting people to work better together, and supporting solo operators to stay energised, focused, and connected even when they’re carrying the load alone.

Every project has a sequence of steps that truly matter; they can also a lot of moving parts and outside influences. A coach helps you see the necessary sequences and stakeholders clearly, juggle dependencies, and adjust calmly when something changes.
