Holistic Health and Wellness
I'm an internationally accredited ICF Coach specialising in Systemic Thinking and holistic health and wellbeing. My approach is to consider the whole person from a mindful, compassionate, and client-led perspective. I will challenge you, but we will always go at your pace.

Córa is an ICF ACC Systemic Coach, a 500-hour qualified Yoga Therapy Ireland teacher and therapist, and holds a 2:1 honours Masters of Science degree in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from UCD.
Nestled in the serene surroundings of Hidden Acres Luxury Escapes Malahide, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn about and practice mindfulness while disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
In this workshop we'll experience evidence-based mindfulness practices (including movement with yoga), challenge thinking with systemic coaching, and be guided to reflect on how to integrate exercises into your work and personal life.
What to Expect:
🧘♀️Movement: Gentle yoga and somatic exercises to harmonise body and mind.
🙏🏻Meditation: Experience deep relaxation and mindfulness with expert-led sessions.
🧠Theory: Just a little information on how and why these practices are important to manage nervous systems (and how your nervous system impacts others in your engagement)
🌲Nature: Reconnect with nature and watch the animals at the peaceful, beautiful grounds of Hidden Acres.
📝Reflection: Consider how would you practice this in daily life, what suits you, what is accessible
This is an ideal way to try out mindfulness if you've never tried it before and think you can't practice it. We explore a few different practices for you to try. You might realise you're already practicing mindfulness every day; you just didn't know it!
Also ideal for those who have completed more formal mindfulness training -- learn about different exercises, as well as practicing with others to make it a more connected practice. Learning and practicing with others to create connections with others is a huge part of the experience.
Spaces are limited to 10 to create a safe and enjoyable space to practice and continuously develop this important life skill.
In this workshop you will learn:
- how to regulate your nervous system
- how to manage others in a calm and considered way
- how to understand and interrupt the stress response when appropriate
- how to care for others by caring for yourself

Providing yoga on chair or mat, enabling participants to be part of a full accessible and integrated class. This style not only enhances range of motion by moving joints and gently stretching fascial and muscular lines, but also improves mobility.
I also include the use of resistance bands and other props to deepen the practice and build strength.
Tying the movement together I integrate mindfulness into our session. Mindfulness research shows that practices can help to manage stress, cope with serious illnesses, and reduce anxiety and depression. Many individuals who practice mindfulness report a heightened ability to relax, greater enthusiasm for life, and improved self-esteem.
This class is open to all, including total beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The practice of my Yoga classes incorporates a blend of Hatha (slow), Iyengar (alignment), Vinyasa (flow), and Restorative (restful). Mindfulness prompts are also provided with careful consideration on appropriate practices to all participants, including those recovering from past traumas.

Embodied Leadership
Using systemic thinking and evidence-based mindfulness techniques, coaching with Córa brings a wider perspective by working with individuals to reflect on the larger context in which they operate. The invitation is to become more attuned to the ecosystem they are a part of, while also fostering self-awareness and self-care.
Integrating many years of management and mentoring in the corporate environment, coaching individuals to manage stress and high level demands, Córa has much experience in the challenges of balancing a busy career and home life. She holds and Advanced Diploma in Systemic Thinking with ICF ACC accreditation and is currently working towards her PCC accreditation. She also has an MSc. in Mindfulness Based Integrations from University College Dublin (UCD) and is a somatic movement specialist with a Dip in Yoga Therapy.
Coaching sessions will combine systemic thinking with evidence-based mindfulness and movement practices, techniques, to explore creative ways of thinking, being, and changing, to move towards the life and balance that you seek.
