I coach individuals to lead with intention, self-awareness, and connection. My approach integrates systemic thinking and evidence-based mindfulness techniques to help clients reflect on the broader ecosystems they operate within—whether that’s a team, an organisation, or a community. Together, we explore how to show up more fully, collaborate more effectively, and lead with care.
My coaching is grounded in real-world experience. I’ve led large-scale program and change management projects at PayPal, worked across complex corporate environments, and supported leaders navigating high-pressure roles. I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with personal wellbeing, and I bring that lived insight into every session.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Systemic Thinking, am ICF ACC accredited and currently working toward my PCC. I also hold an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Integrations from University College Dublin (UCD), and I’m a somatic movement specialist with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy.
In our sessions, we’ll combine systemic thinking, mindfulness, and movement-based practices to explore creative ways of thinking, relating, and leading—so you can move toward the balance, impact, and collaborative presence you seek.

These drop-in sessions combine chair yoga and resistance band exercises to support mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation—all from the comfort of a chair.
Whether you're living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).
Chair Yoga: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance.
Resistance Bands: Build strength and stability with low-impact movements that meet you where you are.

Yoga for Children in the Irish Language - Ióga & Aireachas do Pháistí as Gaeilge.
Immersed in the fun and interactive preschool environment combine yoga and mindfulness exercises suitable to children aged 2-5 years old in an Irish language preschool called the naíonra. Learn more about Naíonraí here.
Using language suitable to young children we navigate themes and exercises aligned with the school curriculum like nature, seasons, and event celebrations. Taught through Gaeilge (Irish) and English, this enables teachers and children to experience activity in a bilingual environment, cultivating a love for their the Irish language without the formality of lessons through grammar and literature.

Functional yoga incorporates elements of hatha, restorative, and mindfulness, to focus on the overall wellness of the client.
Participants may be recovering from illness or injury, be total beginners, or simply looking for a more functional practice with this yoga class. The focus is on joint range of movement, overall flexibility, mobility, and releasing tension within the body. Throughout class we will be using props and clear guidance on appropriate practices to meet you where you're at.
Mindfulness guidance cultivates attention and awareness to the present moment with awareness on the breath, mind, and body, to really engage with what is best for you in your practice.
