Whether you're living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).
Yoga in chair or on mat: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance.
