Chair Yoga & Resistance Bands

Chair yoga sessions include the use of resistance bands to support mobility and build strength. Also combining mindfulness practices and exercises which can be integrated into daily life, whether at work or at home.

If you're busy, living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).

Chair Yoga: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance. Props are offered and include the use of the chair, mat, blocks, bands.

Resistance Bands: Build strength and stability with low-impact movements that meet you where you are.

What to Expect:
