Modified Yoga & Mindfulness (Chair & Mat)
This is an event series

Providing yoga on chair or mat, enabling participants to be part of a full accessible and integrated class. This style not only enhances range of motion by moving joints and gently stretching fascial and muscular lines, but also improves mobility.

I also include the use of resistance bands and other props to deepen the practice and build strength.

Tying the movement together I integrate mindfulness into our session. Mindfulness research shows that practices can help to manage stress, cope with serious illnesses, and reduce anxiety and depression. Many individuals who practice mindfulness report a heightened ability to relax, greater enthusiasm for life, and improved self-esteem.

This class is open to all, including total beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The practice of my Yoga classes incorporates a blend of Hatha (slow), Iyengar (alignment), Vinyasa (flow), and Restorative (restful). Mindfulness prompts are also provided with careful consideration on appropriate practices to all participants, including those recovering from past traumas.

Payment can be made by Revolut (@coragrae), PayPal (@coragarv), or Cash on the day.

€15 drop-in or else €50 for all 4 classes (which is a reduced rate of €12.50 per class)
