Chair Yoga & Resistance Bands (Men's Shed Swords)

Modified yoga sessions are delivered on the mat or the chair and include the use of resistance bands to support mobility and build strength. I also combine mindfulness practices and exercises which can be integrated into daily life, whether at work or at home.

Whether you're busy, living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).

Yoga: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance. Props are offered and include the use of the chair, mat, blocks, bands.

Resistance Bands: Build strength and stability with low-impact movements that meet you where you are.
