If you've never practiced mindfulness, it's about paying attention to this present moment (whatever is going on) and how you're feeling in this moment without judgement. Being interested in what you're experiencing -- perhaps you hadn't noticed you were gritting your teeth, or wanting to laugh, or wanting to run away...

...how might it be to take a breath.

Pause.

Then choose what the best next action is for you, and then do that without judgement, but with a kindness towards yourself, to put yourself first, and to mind yourself. 🙏🏻💟
