
Course: Over 8-Weeks we will explore managing stress with mindfulness while also incorporating elements of Systemic Coaching and Yoga Therapy too. This course is based on the 8-Week MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and includes evidence-based practices recognised by the medical community.
Duration: 2 Hours per week PLUS a commitment to exploring and integrating a daily practice throughout the course
Where: HiddenAcres.ie in Malahide, Co. Dublin
Cost: €350pp (Check with your health insurer or employer to explore if they provide subsidies or time to attend MBSR. Certificate of attendance can be provided if required).
Participants: Min 6, Max. 12 **2 places available for drop-in at a cost of €50pp
Note: This is a creative and engaging course to have some space each week to think, pause, and plan the coming week using foundations of MBSR/MBCT, systemic coaching, and yoga therapy.
Parking is free, with beautiful views and plenty of space to enjoy time in nature. What better way to wrap up a working week and get ready for the weekend, or vice versa depending on your work schedule?
If you can't make all 8-weeks, learning resources will be provided for you to catch-up in your own time. Home practice expected so exploring how to integrate this into your daily life becomes a part of the experience.
What's Involved

🌱 Luxuriate in YOUR prioritised time of 2 hours each Friday morning to enjoy a blend of yoga, mindfulness, journalling, silence, and nature
