Mindfulness & Movement for Busy Women to Reset (Drop-in Option)

Mindful movement and mindfulness to reset the nervous system, integrated with a blend of systemic coaching practices to reengerise.

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Hidden Acres Luxury Escapes Malahide, this mini-retreat offers a unique opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with your inner self. Over the morning mini-retreat we'll practice evidence-based mindfulness practices, slow flow yoga (on floor or on a chair), challenge thinking with systemic coaching, and a little journaling to explore the patterns of the mind.

What to Expect:

🙏🏻Guided Mindful Meditations: Experience deep relaxation and mindfulness with expert-led sessions.

🧘‍♀️Mindful Movement: Gentle yoga and somatic exercises to harmonise body and mind.

🌲Sitting Among Nature: Reconnect with nature and watch the animals at the peaceful, beautiful grounds of Hidden Acres.

🌻 This is an ideal way to try out mindfulness if you've never tried it before, and think you can't practice it. We explore a few different practices for you to try, and maybe realise you're already mindful in your every day, you just didn't know it!

➡️ Also an ideal way to keep up your practice if you've already completed the MBSR / MBCT, or other mindfulness offerings.

Each week we'll explore a new topic based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's 8-week MBSR program. This is a great way to refresh your practice, or explore a new way of experiencing mindfulness through movement, coaching, and the environment.

Week 2: Living in our heads, dealing with barriers

Week 3: Gathering our scattered minds

Week 4: Staying present and recognising stress

Week 5: Radical allowance, turning towards

Week 6: Communications

Week 7: Inner experience, patterns of the mind

Week 8: New beginnings, setting intentions

💡 Spaces are limited, with priority given to those wishing to commit to the full program. Come as you are. Move how you can. Take a breath and leave with a feeling of inner spaciousness, and how to cultivate the inner voice of kindness towards yourself.
