Chair Yoga & Resistance Bands

Join me, Córa, for gentle, empowering movement designed for every body.

These drop-in sessions combine chair yoga and resistance band exercises to support mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation—all from the comfort of a chair.

Whether you're living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more accessible way to move, these classes offer a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat and a band (if you have either).

Chair Yoga: Grounded in yoga therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, this practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance.

Resistance Bands: Build strength and stability with low-impact movements that meet you where you are.
