Over the past year my business has evolved and grown ... as in life, nothing stays the same. Everything shifts, changes, and it's always interesting to see how it reveals itself over time. The challenge is trusting in the phase of change... or the liminal space. *The liminal space - a transitional or in-between space, between one state and another... and it can be uncomfortable.

Back in 2016 when I started my business I was mainly offering training and support in digital project management, as well as in health and wellbeing through movement and mindfulness. However, over the past ten years sometimes one side of my business may be busier than the other but they usually balanced each other out.

Now, since completing my Advanced Diploma in Systemic Coaching in 2024, I have found that I'm being drawn more to fully towards working with other business women to share my expertise in project management, systemic coaching, and operational excellence.

So what does that actually mean? Well, as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, or Temp COO, my approach is firmly based in a genuine interest of my client's business and experience. There is no judgement on what is happening with your business. I want to know how things are going, and where you feel your business is going to. I want to help you get clarity on why you started your work in the first place, to appreciate how much you've done, and support you on the next part of your journey -- scaling, pivoting, streamlining.

My services can be thought of as a blend of business mentorship, coaching, and project management, relevant to your business and not a generalised approach. What then results is a fresh perspective, without judgement, on how your operations are going, giving you the ability to take the seat of CEO in your own business.
