Mindfulness as a pathway to support

I'm excited to announce that I'm starting an 4-week mindfulness course in November online called A Beginners Mind. This will be just under one hour per week allowing you to schedule it in a working day should your calendar allow it.
This course will seek to cultivate a sense of groundedness ahead of the Christmas season. The program will help to establish a consistent personal practice, including audio resources, a weekly theme, and group support circle for encouragement whenever needed. Participants are invited from anywhere in the world, as long as timezones suit.
In January then if you choose to further develop your practice, the cost of this course can be offset against the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.

Weekly Wednesday hatha yoga classes are still on-going up to Christmas. Watch out for pop-up additional classes and workshops between now and the holidays.
