I've added some short videos to my YouTube channel to encourage you to practice a little, even while waiting for the kettle to boil ;) These videos are under 3 minutes and need no fancy equipment (not even a mat!). The next 5-week Slow Yoga course starting in November is now open for registration. This is in-person in the Community Well in Donabate, and is ideal for those who finish work a little earlier in the day, and would like to get their flow on before dinner!

Also starting in November is an evening 4-week Mindfulness course from 8-8.50pm each Wednesday from November 8th to 29th. Registration is now available for this too.

Restorative Yoga on Mondays at 7.15pm Online, and Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays at 6.45pm in Community Well and Online continue every week as usual. (In-person places limited so booking is essential).
