About Córa
Hi and welcome!
I'm Córa Garvey, an internationally recognised systemic coach (ICF ACC), stress management specialist, and fractional (temp) COO with decades experience in multinational organisations, and community-based projects. Following a successful career in software, I now combine my expertise as a Chief Product Owner in Global Operations with my holistic health expertise as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Systemic Coach, to partner with clients to thrive.
My unique experience allows me to blend my systemic thinking and leadership through sports — working as a team, building confidence, streamlining systems, and driving scalable growth, for teams and individuals.
