Hi there, and welcome!
I'm Córa Garvey, an internationally recognised systemic coach (ICF ACC), stress management expert, and virtual COO with decades experience in Fortune 100 companies, as well as community based projects. Following an amazing career in software, sports and wellness sectors, I now combine my expertise in Product Management and Operations with the skills of a Sports Coach, to partner with clients to thrive.
My unique experience allows me to blend my systemic coaching and leadership training with sports coaching — working as a team, building confidence, streamlining systems, and driving scalable growth whether for the business or the individual.
