I'm Córa Garvey, an internationally recognised systemic coach (ICF ACC), stress management specialist, and virtual COO with decades experience in multinational organisations, and community-based projects. Following a successful career in software, I now combine my expertise as a Chief Product Owner in Global Operations with my holistic health expertise as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Systemic Coach, to partner with clients to thrive.
My unique experience allows me to blend my systemic thinking and leadership through sports — working as a team, building confidence, streamlining systems, and driving scalable growth, for teams and individuals.

What is a Virtual COO?
As your virtual Chief Operations Officer, I work with you as the CEO of your business — whether you’re leading a team or building something on your own — to understand how work is really getting done. You started with passion and purpose, but now the admin, decisions, and moving parts are piling up, and it’s hard to know what to streamline, automate, or even stop doing.
