Mindfulness for Busy People (4-Week Course)

Join me for a 4-week mindfulness course, where we will actively engage in practical exercises designed to be easily accessible. Discover how to incorporate scientifically supported mindfulness techniques into your daily work and home routines. Studies have indicated that dedicating just a few minutes each day can significantly benefit your nervous system, altering the way stress and anxiety affect your physical well-being and interpersonal connections. Our sessions feature innovative and lively activities that delve into the five senses through movement, thoughts, and emotions.

With an MSc. in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from UCD, along with 500 hours of training as a Yoga Teacher and Therapist, and expertise in trauma-informed practices, I provide classes that are conducted with gentle guidance, always respecting your personal boundaries. The Series is a 4-week in-person offering on Wednesday evenings at 8pm. The program will be as follows:

  • Week 1: Short introduction to mindfulness, practice Body Scan, restorative pose
  • Week 2: Mindful movement, breathwork part 1
  • Week 3: Mindful walking, breathwork part 2, yoga nidra
  • Week 4: Integrating mindful daily activities including eating, drinking and communication
